Order Status
Has my order shipped?
  To see if your order has shipped, please sign in and click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your order status.

Can I change or cancel my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.

How do I track my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.

An item is missing from my shipment
  Please email us at [email protected] and be prepared to provide an order number and item number(s) for the missing item(s). We will respond to your inquiry in 24-48 hours.

Will 'out of stock' items in my order be placed on backorder?
  We do not do backorders for items that we don't have in stock. Items that you've placed an order for that we don't have in stock will be removed from your order and you will not be charged for them.
