Shipping Information
Delivery Signature Options
  All orders that are valued at $500 and up are automatically assigned a 'Direct Signature Required' upon delivery. Please be prepared to receive the package on the delivery date and sign for it.

All orders that are valued at $2000 and up are automatically assigned an 'Adult Signature Required' upon delivery. An ID and signature will be requested upon delivery to ensure that your order is delivered to you safely.

You may request a "No Signature Required' for your packages, however, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. No refunds for your order will be made in the event your package is stolen or lost if you have requested "No Signature Required."

If you'd like to request "No Signature Required," please let us know in the "Order Comments" Section upon checkout.

My packaged arrived late
  After the package has been fulfilled and sent out with our shipping carrier, we no longer have control of the package and are not responsible for the timing of when the package arrives. If you receive your order later than the desired shipping time, please contact the shipment carrier to file a complaint or claim. We are unable to provide any refunds on late shipments.

Weekend Delivery Options
  A Saturday shipment option is available to limited locations with an additional charge. Please contact us to apply a Saturday delivery to your order.
All other shipping methods provided are delivered on regular business days only. (Mon-Fri)

Do you ship to my country?
  During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.

How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
Customers are responsible for additional duties and/or customs clearance charges imposed in their country.

My order never arrived
  If your order tracking information shows a status of "delivered" and you did not receive a package, please contact the shipping company to request more information.

Note: We strongly advise our clients to choose "Signature Required" on all packages, especially $500 and over. We are not responsible for lost packages with the "No Signature Required" option chosen.

When will my order ship?
  Processing time can take up to 2 business days from the time your order was placed. This processing time includes all expedited shipping such as Next Day, 2 Day, and 3 Day shipping services. Since we are a wholesale business, we do take a little more time to pull and double check orders for accuracy. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24 hours of shipment. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order.
